                1. Data protection

We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations and this data protection declaration.

We collect as little personal data as possible. Insofar as personal data (eg name, address or email address) is collected on our website, this is always done on a voluntary basis as far as possible. Your data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent, unless we are obliged to do so by law or based on a court decision.

                2. Processing and use of personal data

The personal data collected via our website will only be used without your consent to process your inquiries and to process contracts (contact form). Your data will also only be used for personalized advertising with your consent (newsletter).

As soon as the purpose for the collection, processing and use of personal data no longer applies, we will delete this data immediately, unless there are legitimate reasons in the sense of the applicable legal regulations, such as in particular legal retention requirements, to the contrary. In this case, the data will be blocked instead of being deleted.

We point out that data transmission on the Internet (eg via e-mail) can have security gaps. A complete protection of the data against access by third parties is not possible.

The website operator is responsible for data collection on this website.

You will find all contact details in the imprint and at the end of this document.

                3. Obtaining and handling your consent

By using our services and by submitting personal data to this website, you agree to this data protection declaration. The data protection declaration does not constitute a contract. The Lenzereide Motor Classics association will, if required by law, obtain further consent from you.

                4. Cookies

Cookies serve to make our offer more user-friendly, more effective and safer. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer and saved by your browser.

This website does not use any user-identifying or technically necessary cookies. Most of the cookies we use are so-called "session cookies". They are automatically deleted after your visit. Other cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them. These cookies enable us to recognize your browser the next time you visit.

You can set your browser so that you are informed about the setting of cookies and only allow cookies in individual cases, exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or in general and activate the automatic deletion of cookies when you close the browser. If cookies are deactivated, the functionality of this website may be restricted.

                5. Server log files

The website provider automatically collects and saves information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are

                Browser type and browser version
                Operating system used
                Referrer URL
The hostname of the accessing computer
                Time of the server request
These data cannot be assigned to specific persons. This data is not combined with other data sources.

                6. AWStats

In order to be able to statistically evaluate our website, we use the AWStats program. The program is free web analysis software. It is used to evaluate log files that web servers create on the basis of visitor requests. The program does not use cookie files for the evaluation. The statistical analysis takes place via the log files, which contain pseudonymized IP addresses. These data cannot be assigned to specific persons. This data is not combined with other data sources . In contrast to other statistical programs, no data is transmitted to an external server with AWStats.

                7. Contact form

If you send us inquiries using the contact form, your details from the inquiry form, including the contact details you provided there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.

                8. Google Maps

This website uses Google Maps, a map service from Google Inc. ("Google"), to display maps and directions. By using Google Maps, information about your use of this website (including your IP address) can be transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. Google may transfer this information to third parties if this is required by law or if third parties process this data on behalf of Google.

It would be possible for Google to create personality profiles of users of this website using the personal data collected via the Google Maps service and to process this or the personal data of the users for other purposes over which we have no influence and cannot.

You can easily deactivate the Google Maps service and thus prevent data transfer to Google: To do this, deactivate JavaScript in your browser. However, we would like to point out that in this case you will not be able to use the map display or other functions of this website.

The use of Google Maps is in the interest of an appealing presentation of our online offers and an easy findability of the location of our company.

You can find more information on handling user data in Google's privacy policy: https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy/.

                9. Google Web Fonts

This page uses so-called web fonts, which are provided by Google, for the uniform display of fonts. When you call up a page, your browser loads the required web fonts into your browser cache in order to display texts and fonts correctly.

For this purpose, the browser you are using must connect to the Google servers. This gives Google knowledge that our website has been accessed via your IP address. The use of Google Web Fonts is in the interest of a uniform and appealing presentation of our online offers.

You can prevent Google Web Fonts from being called up in your browser settings. If your browser does not support web fonts, a standard font will be used by your computer.

You can find more information about Google Web Fonts at https://developers.google.com/fonts/faq and in Google's data protection declaration: https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/.
